Why Quick Cilantro Slaw Recipe?

This cilantro slaw was a perfect match with the Chipotle Chicken Tacos that I’ll be sharing in the recipe next week.

We first enjoyed this cabbage with tacos and then enjoyed the leftover slaw with rustic ribs the next night.

With a little lime and some fresh jalapeños added to the cabbage along with a generous handful of cilantro, this is a coleslaw that doesn’t taste a bit like regular coleslaw.

You know how much we love our Southern-style coleslaw, but we also love to mix up the cabbage. Coleslaw Jalapeno Corn has been a new flavor combination to me for a few years now, and I’ve all really loved it.

Cranberry Apple Coleslaw is a sweet twist on the classic and Cilantro Lime Coleslaw? It’s a refreshing, light, and great side dish for just about any meal.
