  1. Add soup and chicken broth to a 13- to 9-inch bowl and whisk until smooth. Spread the rice evenly over the top, then the broccoli. Place the chicken over the rice mixture (do not stir).
  2. Sprinkle the casserole with the seasoned salt, garlic powder, paprika, and freshly ground black pepper (be sure to season the chicken pieces).
  3. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
Turn the casserole spoon over and add the cheese by hand.

  2. Sprinkle green onions on top, then pour grated cheese.

  • 1 cup Low sodium chicken broth
  • ¾ cup Uncooked long grain white rice (I used jasmine rice)
  • 8 ounce chopped broccoli florets (about 3 cups)
  • 1 ½ pounds or pounds for weight Boneless, skinless chicken breast Cut into small pieces
  • 1 ½ small spoons All-purpose seasoning (as Lowry’s seasoned salt)
  • ½ small spoon garlic powder
  • ½ small spoon Red pepper
  • ½ small spoon Freshly ground black pepper or according to taste
  • 2 green onion thin slices
  • 2 Glasses shredded cheddar cheese
