Not really because this recipe is so easy! It’s as simple as making graham-flavored cookie dough and layering it with mini marshmallows and chocolate. Step 1: Preheat + Prepare

Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly spray a 9×13 saucepan with nonstick cooking spray. Lay on parchment paper and spray again lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Sit aside.

Step 2: Make the graham cracker cookie dough

Stir in the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined. Add eggs, egg yolk and vanilla. Mix until it becomes lighter in color.

Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl well to ensure a smooth mixture and stir well. Fold in graham cracker crumbs.

Step 3: Layer Components

Divide the dough into thirds and spread two thirds of the biscuit dough on the bottom of the prepared tray. Spread with chocolate pieces and marshmallows. Spread the remaining 1/3 of the cookie dough over the chocolate and marshmallows. I find the easiest way to do this is to take a small amount, flatten it in my palm, and place it on top of it. There isn’t enough dough to cover the entire pan, so it’s okay if some marshmallows or bits of chocolate come through.

Step 4: Bake, Cool + Serve

Bake for 15-20 minutes, rotating the pan in the middle of the baking to ensure even cooking.

Take it out of the oven and cool it completely. Use parchment paper to easily remove it from the pan and cut it into 24 equal pieces.
