Why Healthy Breakfast Cookies Recipe?

I got this Healthy Breakfast Cookies Recipe In illustrated distributions for years. When my husband and I got on the bus at 6:15 every morning, I started searching for quick, healthy breakfast recipes. I pulled this off, made a few changes to cut fat and raise fiber and this is what I got. plus a healthy recipeTurns out, cookies are more moist and delicious than ever!

I feel like there are quite a few breakfasts I like, but I know they’re not good for me (hello French toast and killer breakfast sandwiches!) and won’t make me feel good in a healthy way which means I’ll be making bad decisions throughout the day. I try to pick out better breakfast options throughout the week, like these breakfast muffins, and then keep the muffins on Saturday morning. One day a week doesn’t kill you, especially if you’re still smart about what you eat at your other meals.
